To request an exchange, you must provide a complete unboxing video showing the parcel from the beginning (without any pause or cut), clearly capturing the product and the issue. If the video is incomplete or unclear, the exchange request will be rejected. This policy ensures transparency and helps us serve you better.

3. How to Exchange

To process any exchange requests ,a complete unboxing video without any cuts or pauses is required. The video must clearly show the following:

Unboxing Process: Start from the very beginning of opening the package, ensuring that the entire packing process is visible.

Packaging and Shipping Label: The video must clearly show the product’s packaging and shipping label for verification.

Condition of the Item: Ensure that the item’s condition is clearly visible in the video.
Please note that without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video as outlined above, we will not be able to process your exchange request.

4. Refunds

If the exchange product is unavailable, we will issue a coupon code worth up to 80% of the product value, which you can use on jshypestore.com to order anything of your choice.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24hr of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement.
